Sales Reps. – Account Managers

A non-traditional marketing company that uses Web 2.0 and 3.0 (Social Media) to market businesses and organizations, has just recently developed a unique program that will offer the entertainment industry and Medium to large businesses’ with a very innovative competitive advantage by interacting in a very creative way with their targeted audience.

Sales reps or account managers are therefore needed to sell this platform and the additional services that our company has to offer our targeted clientele.

Job Description:

  • Sales reps must generate leads based on targeted clientele and segmentation.
  • Form a relationship with the client and educate them on our product and services.
  • May need to give seminars and workshops on the benefits of social media.
  • Manage the account and encourage the client to purchase more services.
  • Sales rep acts as the middleman between the client and our company, therefore s/he will need to manage the campaign that will be developed by our company.
  • Sales reps must understand their clients well and advocate on their behalf.
  • Make sure that client is always satisfied and get him to sign on year over year.

Qualifications:

  • “Go getter” “hustler” personality
  • Charming and good personality
  • Outgoing
  • Must be good with people
  • Well put together and presentable
  • Hard worker and self motivated
  • Ambitious and hungry for success

Big plus: (but not so necessary)

  • Experience
  • Education
  • Existing network or connections
  • Student looking to get experience (Intern)
  • Understanding in Marketing, Social Media, Web 2.0 and 3.0

Training:

Full training is provided – no fees involved. At this point training is not paid.

Salary:

Option A – Hourly wage + Commission + Residual Income + Benefits.

Option B – Higher base Commission + Residual Income + Better Benefits + Incentives + Partnership options + lower sales quota + ability to form sales groups.

Details of these options and payment methods/plan will be discussed during an interview.
